My work centers on The Curbstone Companies and Viewpoint Real Estate Investment Services, which I lead to improve the quality of the places people live and do business. Through Curbstone Properties, I operate an independent real estate brokerage, and Curbstone Capital is the investment arm I co-founded with my life partner, focused on impactful real estate projects and investment opportunities. I also provide consulting services to help startups make informed, scalable real estate decisions.

Away from the office, I’m drawn to the arts—whether it’s a live performance, a gallery opening, or a concert shared with friends and my amazing partner of almost thirty years. I’ve served on the boards of nonprofits supporting creative and community well-being, and I continue that work through Mien Management, my passion project supporting artists behind the scenes so their vision shines.
